Quaysure Homes takes on larger houses, manages them properly, and keeps them occupied by people who need a whole home rather than a hotel room. That's the business. There isn't a second half to the pitch.
Why Quaysure exists
Two problems that solve each other.
We kept seeing the same problems from different sides of the property market. Landlords with larger homes were dealing with voids, changing tenants and the ongoing hassle of managing a property. At the same time, insurers and relocation partners were trying to find suitable homes for families who had suddenly lost the use of theirs. Contractors and businesses faced a similar challenge when their teams needed accommodation for extended periods.
Quaysure Homes was built to bridge that gap. We work with property owners and accommodation partners to provide suitable, professionally managed homes for people who need somewhere to stay — whether they're displaced by an emergency, working away from home, or waiting for their permanent accommodation to become available.
For landlords, this means a reliable rental arrangement and a property that's being actively managed. For our accommodation partners, it means access to homes that can be provided when they're needed.
We believe property can do more than generate an income — it can provide stability when people need it most. That shows in the standards we hold: every house maintained and kept up properly, and an arrangement that stays straightforward and transparent, with a written agreement, clear terms, an agreed rental figure, a break clause, photographic inventories and documented property standards. Landlords get a reliable property partner, and people who need somewhere to stay get a home they can rely on.
The three of us
Founded, run and maintained by the three of us.
Quaysure Homes was founded by Ash, Olivier and Anith. Three professionals who saw the same issue in the property and accommodation industry, and consequently, the solution! All three of us are genuinely hands-on across every part of the business — sourcing properties, agreeing terms with landlords, keeping accommodation partners looked after, and making sure every house is properly maintained. You won't be routed through a call centre or handed between departments. Whoever you end up speaking to — one of us, or all three — you're dealing with someone who actually knows your property.
